What type of membership do I need? We offer three types of membership in the Moore County Homebuilders Association:

1. Builder/Developer Membership: Any individual of good character who is or has been in, or employed by a firm or corporation in the business of building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or land development. All Builder/Developer members must have a North Carolina General Contractor's License.
2. Associate Membership: Any individual of good character that is or has been engaged in or employed by a firm or corporation engaged in a trade, industry, or profession related to building and/or land development.
3. Affiliate Membership: Affiliate membership is available to co-workers or employees of any member of MCHBA. Affiliate membership is tied to a full membership of either Builder or Associate classification and ends automatically if the full membership ends for any reason.
